RCCG VICTORY CENTRE SWINDON

Teaching Ministry purpose is to teach and equip every believer for the work of the ministry so as to go out and fulfil the great commission (Ephesians 4 vs 12). We believe that for people to function to their optimum, training is essential. The Bible says in John 8: 31-32 ‘’ then Jesus said to those Jews which believed on him, if you continue in my word, then are you my disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free’’. Our programmes are Christ - centred, we organise training and seminars for our teachers and teachers to be and to our committed members, and opportunities are given to them to teach in various departments like the Sunday school, Bible studies (which is called the Digging deep), children Church services and house fellowships. Moreover every first Sunday of the month somebody is selected to minister in the Church service - this we referred to as the Exaltation Time.

Further training programmes for our members, and Church workers are done during the Digging deep and Sunday school teaching sessions, workers training, leaders meetings, retreats etc. These sessions provide members the opportunities to ask questions, reflect on the messages/teachings, connect with one another, and develop leadership qualities and opportunity for spiritual growth and maturity in the knowledge and understanding of the Word of God. It is also designed to minister to the spiritual need of every one regardless of age and background. In the RCCG Victory Centre Teaching Ministry we believe that everybody is somebody and Jesus is Lord and members are encouraged to put the gift of God in them into use.

• The Digging Deep Session takes place every Friday 6.30 -8.30pm

• Sunday school Session: 10am -10.30am Every Sunday Morning

• The workers in Training: 9.30-10am every Sunday

• All Teachers Training programmes take place every six months
